im planing a big get together need help with menu?

we are going to a family cabin on the lake with friends and family and i trying to plan the menu over 30 people 12 adults 10 teens and 12 kids all with different diets help this is what i have planed if you can help me think of any thing else i left off or would be better tell me
breakfast bar
eggs sausage ham bacon yoguart fruit cereal muffins toast milk juice and coffee
lunch deli salad bar
deili meats cheese pasta and green salads milk juice ice tea and soda
dinner
bbq grilled steak chicken hamburgers hot dogs green salad pasta and potato salads fruit there will be plenty of beer and wine etc
now any ideas will help this will be a 3 day 2 night affair and i want everyone to be happy and have fun so can you think of anything i left out
breakfast;
pancakes, heat up some syrup or cherry/blueberry pie filling for topping
french toast, warm the syrup or just sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon
any heat and eat breakfast meats
lunch;
pimento cheese,egg, chicken, tuna salad sandwiches
chips and dips
supper;
BBQ chicken or fish
macaroni and cheese
deviled eggs
veggie plate with ranch dressing
cheese and cracker platter
fruit plate with yogurt for dipping
assorted cookies/ sugar, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin
Great job! I think you kept everyone’s needs/diets in mind. If anything…at the Breakfast Bar, you might even want to provide a basket of "instant oatmeal packets (various flavors), a thermos of hot water or put the kettle on & a few cereal bars". This way the super healthy and the breakfast snackers…esp. kids…are covered.

the fact that you have asked a question about this shows the amount of effort you have put in and this will not be lost on your guests! You sound like a great host and after reading through your list I think you have everything covered. For the lunch deli it may be nice to do potato salad or some baked potatoes. I would also have some dips like homous or yoghurt that people can put chopped veg in or chips.
