Lesson Plan based on Go Dog Go! for Preschool; Ideas?

I’m in a class were a group of high school students teach preschool children. We each get a few chances to make a lesson plan and be the head teacher for the day. I am doing a lesson based on Go Dog Go! and already have a few suggestions from my teacher and some of my own ideas:

Do You Like My Hat?
-children make their own hats ( a dog reappears in the book and asks another dog if he likes her hat)
Red Light Green Light
-My teacher suggested this for a large motor activity

I need help thing of another activity I can do based on this book and a snack the kids can have based on the book/dog theme. Does anyone have an idea?
